Method 1: Mix the silicone rubber evenly and divide it into two parts. Add SH-3008Ato one part and mix evenly; add SH-3008 B to the other part and mix evenly. Then fully mix the two parts.
Method 2: Mix the silicone rubber evenly and add SH-3008 B first and fully mix , then add SH-3008A and mix evenly.
Note that the temperature of the material and the mixing machine should not exceed 45℃ during the mixing process, otherwise the silicone will be cured before process or the operation time is too short.
The silicone rubber compound which is mixed with platinum catalyst should be used up within 24 hours. Or the silicone will be cured before process. But placing it in the freezer can extend the operation time.
